Can Inverter Blocks

Plastic Inverter Blocks are used to rotate bottles, cans, jars etc. by simply moving them through a static tunnel that is twisted along its length. These plastic blocks are compact, reliable and a simple replacement for a twisted steel race. The blocks can be made to accommodate quick changeovers minimizing production downtime.  Bevtech can provide a turnkey solution for product container movement to assist in coding, rinsing/drying, sterilization and packpreparation.

Refrigeration PLC Installation

As part of our customers on going expansion we where approached to implement an automated control system to manage the sites two glycol refrigeration units.

This system look at temperature and pressure and calls for the units and there pumps to deliver cooling to the large beer tanks. This system uses a 1500 series Siemens PLC, a Siemens touch screen HMI, ABB variable speed drives and PID loops to control the flow.

This is a critical process as the loss of cooling would result in the beer temperature going out of spec.

Hot Water Rinse

As part of our customers QA requirements they required the implementation of a hot water rinse as part of the CIP cleaning process for there can seamer.  This required the installation of a Siemens 1200 series PLC, Siemens HMI, temperature sensors, flow sensors and other control gear. This process can be started and stopped from the HMI with various parameters and diagnostic elements.
